As an accomplished home cook, Aaron taught himself this fine art through years of of cooking for his family and friends. He loves all things Singaporean and is obsessed in local Chinese cuisine with a modern twist. Reinventing classics with modern techniques while keep true to the core tradition of a dish is what he does
