    Diana is no greenhorn to the kitchen. Trained to cook independently at the tender age of 9, proved to be the catalyst that developed her love & flair for cooking especially in Malay and Indian cuisine. Experimenting and fine- tuning her own unique recipes through years of experience taught her that love & sincerity are the best ingredients of all.

    Diana is relentless in her pursuit of a lifelong dream; to cook mouth watering dishes that puts the smiles on her diners’ faces. Along her path, Diana is constantly honing and broadening her baking skills in commercial cake making.

    Diana has proven that age is just a number and she exemplifies her motto in life; “Do it with panache, do it with love, do it with your heart.”
